The Gemma

• The Gemma will occupy the southeast corner of Oak Street and South Ohio Avenue in the heart of Olde Towne East, and will combine new construction and adaptive reuse of one of the existing buildings on-site
• Three stories with twenty-four, for-rent apartments ranging from 500-1,200 square feet of living space
• Additionally, the project will include 4,700 square feet of retail space and 7,800 square feet of restaurant space
• Construction starting in late Summer 2018
